About Naila Razvi

I started working in 2004 as a transcriptionist. My husband and I transcribed for some big companies in the US and UK doing captioning for soap operas, BBC documentaries, lectures, etc.

This lead me to my first client from the telesummit field when I started transcribing interviews for her. She was happy with my work and recommended me to others in her circuit until slowly I found myself assisting several clients from personal development telesummits.

I was always very eager to learn and do more so I offered to assist my clients in more than just transcription. They liked my spirit and hard work, so they gave me other admin jobs that soon turned into doing everything from creating websites, graphics, audio editing, email marketing and more.

My clients describe me as reliable and organized as I always deliver on time. I’m very detailed so I see things that others miss and have an ability to see what can go wrong (and prevent it) ahead of time.

I’m also great at analysing situations and finding inefficiencies that can be fixed. I’m only really comfortable when everything is covered and nothing is left up to chance. When I got too busy for my one woman show, I started hiring others and soon created a robust team that served more and more clients. Because I’m very activity and task focused, I find that I’m very good at managing projects as well.
